LED strips are a cockpit builders dream they provide bright lighting where it otherwise might be hard to put a conventional lighting method. In my Learjet 45 cockpit I used 2 strips of 12 volt white LED lights. Some modles are just a strip of paper with LEDs on it and you are able to cut it to the proper length and have an adhiesive backing!
